Currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in East Norriton, PA.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude to ensure a maximum professional image is represented at all times.
Meet, as a minimum, performance metrics
Acquire and maintain a high level of industry knowledge, to better match candidate qualifications ot the job requirements.
Perform resume searches for qualified candidate according to relevant job criteria, using CPI database, Internet, referrals, networking, colleges, advertising, association memberships, trade groups, etc.
After reviewing resumes and creditials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements, contact qualified candidates of employment opportunites.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about CPI, client, and position.
Confirm candidate qualifications, availability, interest in job, sell the job, negotiate pay rate, lock candidate.
Perform other duties effectively as assigned or appropriate to improve productivity, company profit and/or customer service.

Must be Internet savvy
Administrative skills

Education Required:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Bachelors degree preferred
