Instructional Designer
Design and develop learning solutions including instructor-led, web-based, mobile, video, print, and webinars. Work with subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis and make recommendations based on those needs. Write and edit storyboards, interactive/video scripts, instructor guides, and participant guides. Present ideas and concepts graphically. Develop and edit graphics and video utilized in all learning and development solutions. Effectively manage interactions with stakeholders. Produce and direct training audio, video, and multimedia. Work collaboratively with local and regional stakeholders to achieve project goals 
Skills Required: 
Proficient with Photoshop, Flash, HTML, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Project. Ability to prioritize multiple requests for assistance and deliver within tight deadlines 
Skills Preferred: 
Attention to detail and structure to ensure high quality training materials. Must have the ability to work as part of a larger team, balance multiple tasks and objectives, and ability to handle frequently changing demands. High comfort level with technology and ability to quickly learn and utilize new software applications. Ability to effectively organize work, prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment. 
Experience Required: 
5 years of instructional design, instructional technology and development/tech communications 
Experience Preferred: 
3 years corporate instructional design and development, graphic design experience
Education Required: 
Bachelor's degree with emphasis on instructional design or instructional technology.
Education Preferred: 
Adult Learning, Education, Organizational Development
Additional Information: 
Proficient in use of course authoring tools including Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Storyline, etc.
