The Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing reports and analytical support to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic planning.
? Generates system related reports to analyze data based on business rules for ad-hoc analytics projects.
? Confers with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements.
? Work directly with leadership to develop, design, enhance, and generate reports for end users taking complex information and producing user-friendly reports for review by end users.
? Continually seek to improve existing reporting processes, frequency and distribution methods by incorporating automation techniques and technology.
? Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
? Capable of assimilating large volumes of detailed information. Organizing and presenting material in simple terms.
? Ensure the integrity and 100% accuracy of all reports distributed.
? Demonstrated strong aptitude for problem solving with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex, and varying data sets.
? Understand requirements to maintain an accurate data/reporting environment that meets operational needs.
? Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to audiences in various levels of management.
? Proven experience with MS office suite including Access and Excel to include vlookups, macros, pivot tables, dashboard building and advanced functions.
? Bachelor's degree preferred -- experience in lieu of degree considered.
? One (1) year experience in reporting analyst, operational analyst or similar role.
? Effective organization and planning skills.
? Excellent communicator and team player who relates well to others.
? Self-driven with a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner.
? Must work well under deadlines and high volume stress of project work.
? Must work with minimal supervision.
? SAP HR and/or Oracle HR reporting experience preferred
