The Administrator is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support.
-Answer multi-line phones,
-Manage and Complete call log,
-Generate printed materials,
-Create informational packets. Assist Division Manager and Certified Volunteer Manager (CVM) as needed,
-Assists supervisor by maintaining appointment calendar, and prioritizing incoming correspondence, and
-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and statistics,
-Knowledge of work-related subject area,
-Knowledge of computers and software applications,
-Ability to research and analyze related work program information, and
-Apply policies and procedures.
Minimum Education and/or Experience
-The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma,
-Plus, one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field,
-Plus, four years of experience in a specialized or a related field applicable to work performed.
