Our client, a major North Texas employer, is looking for an Integration Analyst in Plano TX. 
This role primarily helps in getting the impact to Integration identified, creating Integration Specs, and supporting other capabilities along with the Integration Architects and Developers, and acts as a liaison between Application Teams and Integration. This person will be working with application teams to understand the integration requirements related the space, working with the use cases to push the project forward, and will play the middle man facilitating the business requirements to technical specs. Candidates need exposure to Application Integration using tools like TIBCO, Informatica, and IBM Sterling Integrator, and experience writing user stories. Communication must be 10 out of 10 as this group collaborates with all departments. Possible contract to hire.
 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • 5+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst
  • Very Good understanding of the Integration Landscape
  • Ability to Interpret Integration Requirements clearly, and translate them into Integration Specifications
  • Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to the teams
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others 
     
    GENERAL SKILLS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A broad exposure to Application Integration using tools like TIBCO, Informatica, IBM Sterling Integrator TECHNOLOGY_EXPOSURE lending to a deep technical understanding is a MUST HAVE
  • Expertise in TIBCO, Sterling Integrator and other Real-time Integrations with concepts of ESB, SOA, Micro Services and other related Integration theories along with implementation experience
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is required
  • Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
  • Well versed with Agile Methodology and experience participating in projects using Agile
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant attitude for independent judgment
  • High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
  • Ability to adopt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Strong in use of business analysis tools such as, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio and other visualization and requirements management tools to visualize, interpret, condense,  and communicate complex graphical and statistical information 
    OTHER SPECIALIZED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS:
     
  • Experience with financial audits, SOX controls and other regulatory institutions and practices is a plus
  • Understanding of applications like Salesforce.com, Siebel Universal Customer Master, Shaw/Lemans, Client Loan Origination is good to have
