Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Oversees the QA of an entire software application program or a major project involving a large development and QA team. Provides project management expertise for quality assurance activities, requiring medium complex coordination across teams. Leads QA activities on the large, medium complex and critical customer engagements. Technical expertise is utilized in areas such as quality assurance methodologies, techniques, metrics and state of the art tools. Provides highly technical quality assurance methodology advice for medium level accounts and medium complex systems. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) At least 10 years experience in Implementing and testing HR and payroll solutions At least 5 years experience in implementing Unions spread across multiple CBAs (collective bargaining agreement) Experience and understanding of Core HR / Recruiting / Onboarding /Payroll / Time & Labor business processes Experience in Interface Testing Travel: Need locals Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must) Understanding of Testing lifecycle ,processes and best practices Hands-on experience of Dayforce (Ceridian) WFM and payroll modules
