The resource will be engaged in implementing solutions for the assisted channels to simplify the work experience of the agents and improve customer experience. The resource will work on programs aimed at reducing AHT for the agents and improve digital engagement.
Work on a team supporting a flagship application for the Client call centers that handle Telecommunication's sales, service and tech support. This application is an important part of the overall customer experience. You will lead various projects to develop, implement and maintain this important application. As an experienced developer, you will also support leadership by conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality. You will collaborate with various internal teams on new technologies to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
You will help improve the performance of the application and move it to the AWS public cloud in the coming months. You will work with a team to do a complete performance audit of the application, identify areas of improvement, implement the changes, and maintain the application. You will also be responsible for maintaining additional functional features over the life of the application with a focus on operational performance excellence. You will work with the rest of the team to identify the path for cloud migration and as part of this exercise you and the team will evaluate technology choices in the areas of database (e.g., RDS vs Aurora), caching (native Redis vs managed Elasticache), logging & ETL (CloudTrail audits, AWS Data Pipeline) and elasticity/scaling (app LB vs Classic LB, CloudWatch).
? Bachelors Degree or Four+ years of relevant work experience.
? Experience in C#, .NET, .Net core.
? Exposure to public cloud technology.
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
? Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
? Experience with Server backend and API/Service development.
? Experience with Web page performance optimization, profiling ? Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP.
? Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology.
