Position Description:
Oracle Customer Care & Billing Functional Operational Support Analyst responsible for providing operational support for the client's CC&B architecting, assisting with designing/best practice identification and overseeing functional and business process enhancements to the billing system, Oracle's Customer Care and Billing System (CC&B).

Activities will include:
? Provide operational & Functional support to the client's CC&B solution
? Lead requirements gathering, analysis and design CC&B solution development and process change for enhancements, from a business and functional perspective, including coordination with CSB and other PUC managers, stakeholders, end-users, and external vendors
? Design, develop, document and configuration enhancements to CC&B system.
? Reviews impact of proposed system & functional modifications to existing processes
? Conduct walkthroughs for proposed solutions and get approval from Business stakeholders to proceed on CC&B and associated functional tasks
? Lead testing strategy, create test plans and scripts with test cases to support QA and user acceptance
? Prepare detailed functional design specifications and partner with CSB for review, user-acceptance testing and sign-off
? Guide other staff and perform QA tasks related to solutions design
? Build, maintain and document automated test scripts using modern testing tools
? Develop regression-test environments and test-cases to thoroughly test enhancements and fixes

Operations:
? Prepare, update and review functional and ITS support documentation, and provide maintenance and daily support of CC&B
? Ensure Production systems, including interfaces are stable operational and functioning efficiently and perform troubleshooting efficiently and accurately for problems
? Develop procedures & policies to ensure ITS support documentation is kept up to date with concise and relevant information
? Assist and guide other IT & Business staff in the maintenance and support of the existing implementation for efficient customer service

Required Skills:
- 5+ years' experience providing operational support / functional solution architecture support, using Oracle's Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) is required.
- 3 years of experience as a business analyst on system implementation projects.
