Position Title:  ITSM Process consultant
Project Location: Glendale, CA, United States
Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract

Mandatory Skills
Requisition Details:
• Provides expert knowledge on ITIL-based service delivery and Processes
• Assists with organizational transformation efforts as related to ITIL implementation across service lifecycles
• Provides analysis on processes and artifacts for Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement processes
• Analyzes existing Implementation Plans and identifies areas for improvement
• Works with stakeholders to communicate ITSM vision and benefits
• Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Identifies and removes risks associated with proposed processes
• Leads development and documentation of Configuration, Incident, Problem, Change Management
• Applies strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards
• Works with the team, interacts with clients and delivers presentations
• ITIL Certification – Intermediate Level preferred
Education Level Required:
Bachelor's degree equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
