Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience; Masters and 5 year of relative experience or a minimum 11 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5 years of experience or more ServiceNow IT Service Manager (ITSM) development experience
- 3 years of experience or more with Release Control
- 2 years of experience or more designing Service Management Workflows
- 1 year of experience or more with Client/Micro Focus Service Manager 9.4.x
- Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green card holder)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.
- 2 years of experience or more with Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB)
- 2 years of experience or more implementing ServiceNow CMDB
- 2 years of experience or more gathering requirements for ITSM workflows and development.
- Experience with ITSM platform migration.
- Prior Federal government experience.
