Description
At Trillium, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead several key strategic Marketing and Sales related IT projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Initial project focus will be supporting Sales enablement projects
  • Provide strong facilitation skills to help drive project progress
  • Provide a fresh set of eyes to both the project team and user groups and identify potential process improvement opportunities
  • Follow up with key project team members to ensure key activities are being performed
  • Identify approaches to address project gaps
  • Step in where necessary and support the completion of project activities
  • Work with purchasing to ensure required hardware and software purchases are being made timely
  • Conducts regular meetings with senior management, documenting status of project including technical, schedule and financial issues that may be present
  • Identify and document key support activities that may be required post implementation
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, and vendors
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
  • Responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources as needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Overall responsibility for the project
    • Assist and review all startup and planning documents
    • Manages the scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks
    • Monitors team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments
    • Assigns project tasks and coordinate resources, including the review of individual issues and concerns (e.g., vacation and time-off requests) and resolving or escalating such issues as needed
    • Manages (e.g., tracks, updates, reviews) the dashboard and executive reports using metric data
    • Establishes and enforces the use of the project's Change Control process
    • Establishes and enforces the use of the project's Communication Plan
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative or business discipline
  • Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional desired
  • 6+ years IT experience
  • 3+ years project management experience in technology, applications, or operations
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT architectures and business processes
  • Strong written and verbal communications (English)
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Experience in working in a distributed IT environment
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships
  • Proficient with MS-Office, including Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Functional Requirements:
