Description
At Trillium, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking an experienced, IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) (formerly known as Lombardi) Developer to assist in the design and development of enterprise workflow applications. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ Years of experience utilizing the latest Java technologies and have experience with IBM BPM as well as with Middleware integration (Apache, MQ) and database (Oracle)/batch (Perl, Autosys). The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, and strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, and subsequently create design documentation in accordance with company architecture standards.
  • Translate requirements into technical workflows, processes, user entry forms, work queues and associated human interactions inside the BPM tool and/or with surrounding environments.
  • Identify and estimate tasks to complete assigned work.
  • Code, debug, and troubleshoot in a Java/WebSphere Unix environment.
  • Create and execute detailed implementation plans.
  • Work with minimal assistance to troubleshoot, maintain, configure, analyze, test, scope, estimate and design technical and non-technical solutions required to satisfy client's needs.
  • Design, develop, perform unit, system, integration and regression testing and implement BPM solutions into production.
  • Work on MQs that complete automated deployment processes, and writes mediations that integrate with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender WTX Data Mapping.
  • Perform development tasks which will involve extraction and transfer of data, performing all associated transformations, validations, cleansing, and preparation of data for load into the applicable system(s).
  • Work on elements of large, complex installations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, act as an advocate for the business partners and work closely with the other IT resources to perform space planning, monitoring, security, performance tuning, archiving, and upgrade support.
  • Work closely with user and management to maintain and continually improve the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the systems.

  • Advocate for change and assist in the alignment of team initiatives to MIS strategic goals and priorities.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
