Description
Client seeks FTE to directs and manage development teams responsible for the delivery of Customer Facing applications. Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing and Management of organizational resources ensuring high quality and timely outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. Directs and manages Supervisor, Team Leads, and Developer leads to provide high quality project deliverables and systems enhancements. Works with management and business customers to extract effective solutions and ensure that the production maintenance environments are stable. Also directs third party Service Management teams (offshore) in the delivery of software code.

Required Work Experience
? 3 years of management experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
? 10 years of experience managing complex systems implementations and working with the Microsoft Stack of products geared towards WEB/Mobile development.
? 5 years project management skills and substantial exposure to project-based work and project lifecycle models.
? 3 years of experience implementing and overseeing Managed Services accounts. Expert technical skills related to analysis and design techniques for online systems, eSales platforms, IVR technologies and CRM applications.
? Exposure to AGILE methodologies.
? Experience with Workflow systems; Customer Relationship Management systems.
? Experience in the implementation of Product Selling Platforms.
? Strong IT leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills are required. Must have the ability to persuade and build consensus cross-functionally as an evangelist in a team oriented fashion.
? Advanced knowledge and experience with application technologies implemented within delivery organization.
? Advanced Knowledge of hardware, software, telecommunications, operating systems, and applications.

Required Education ? High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study

Preferred Work Experience
? 15 years of experience with WEB online and workflow systems.
? 7 years of project management experience.
? 5 years of project management experience, preferably within a large-scale, complex, IT organization.
? 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
? 3 years of leading efforts for Content publishing, with specific reference to Sitecore.
? 3 years of experience with IVR technologies.
? 3 years of experience with AGILE methodologies.
2. Preferred Education
? Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, computer science or related field

Preferred Certifications
? Project Management Professional Certification
? Technical certifications in software and systems design

TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE AND ARCHITECTURE
? Direct system design, programming, unit testing, and solutions implementation in conjunction with Supervisor, Team Leads, other IT areas, business customers, and management.
? Assist in the direction, establishment, planning and implementation of the overall policies and goals for the organization's strategy for the identified solutions.
? Responsible for coordination, communication, escalation and management of development work for projects and enhancements across internal IT stakeholders, business users, and vendors.
? Evaluate and make recommendations on new and existing hardware/software technologies. Establish standards for technology and business processes.
OPERATIONS

STRATEGY

? Work business leaders and subject matter experts to use technology to improve business processes, promote the strategic use of information technology, and enable workforce utilization and efficiency.
? Deliver assessment services, develop business cases, design solution architecture, and recommend multi-phased, complex migration programs that address technology, people/organization, and process change.
? Ensure re-use of existing solutions and components wherever possible to minimize development or acquisition of new solutions; ensure new solutions are designed and developed in a cost-efficient manner, and meet service quality.
? Partner with other technology leaders to identify points of leverage, integration, and resource sharing.
? Develop and implement department strategic plan ensuring alignment with Enterprise Technology Plans and Corporate Strategic plan and priorities. Establish realistic staffing forecasts and project timelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION SR MGR- APP DEV CUSTOMER FACING SYSTEMS

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
? Coordinate and manage installations, upgrades, changes and integrations including test design, execution and support
? Work with business leaders to define product vision, and ensure that teams have appropriate business requirements, technical specifications, resources and plans and to execute projects on time and within budget.
? Provide analytical and programming support and planning for IT projects, initiatives, and systems.
? Ensure change management protocols maximize benefit and alleviate unnecessary disruption.
FINANCIAL
? Manage use of corporate funds including budgeting, financial management, and reporting. Identify opportunities to achieve administrative efficiencies while maintaining service.
? Conduct vendor negotiations to contain or reduce contract services expense and/or one time purchase expense.
? Manage vendors to ensure seamless, high quality delivery of services in accordance with contractual obligations.
OTHER
? Position may require evening, weekend, or on-call schedules, depending on project requirements and/or system status.
? Perform all other duties as assigned.
? The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
