Position is responsible for implementing program to manage the on-going demand for ASET services, working cross-functionally to monitor agency interest and ensure successful service delivery from quote through customer on-boarding. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for partnering across the organization and working closely with Operations to ensure successful transition of key initiatives through the Plan, Build, and Run service delivery model.
Implements and administers process for monitoring key milestones through-out the quoting and on-boarding process, working across the organization to ensure established service level agreements are achieved.
Responsible for implementation and evolution of customer on-boarding strategy across ASET organization.
Partnership with Project and Operations teams on long-term considerations to ensure smooth transition through all project phases.
Reviews data, provides analysis and forecasts tied to the demand for new or existing ASET services.
Responsible for monitoring key ASET initiatives that meet end to end criteria, ensuring success from inception, integration, through on-going service delivery.
