Description
Candidate would be responsible for:

- 75% time, scanning licensing documents into a computer and then uploading the file into a third party proprietary system. There would be two department legacy systems to learn.

- 10% time, sending electronic licensing files to external clients using a secure file transfer process.

- 10% time, answering phones and directing clients and customers to appropriate staff for assistance.

- 5% time, other duties as assigned.


This is a professional business environment. Position requires candidate to have knowledge, skills and abilities in business computer operations, emails, professional communications and etiquette, basic problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and ability to work independently and in small teams.

Work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday (except state holidays) from 8A - 5P, 1 hour unpaid lunch; alternate schedules are not considered.

The Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is a law enforcement agency. A candidate's assignment is contingent on a background and criminal history check.
