Avaya Experience Portal Intelligent Voice Response (AEP IVR) is a must
Large call center / Contact center experience is a must
Strong Agile experience is a must
Telecom carrier experience is nice to have
Day to Day Activities Need a senior level PM for high visibility project to implement IVR Automation globally
Will work closely with the Program Manager for Telecom Enablement
This may go into next year's roadmap
Will work closely with the business supporting Services Deployment and Support, Global Business Operations (Sales and Care), and Dell Financial Services
Will work with Nuance PM's and engineers to implement updates for Natural Language
Will work with Dell developers for business requested IVR changes
List of Must Haves for Contractor to be successful in this role (EX: Education Requirements, Software Skill Sets, Licenses or Certifications, etc.) Avaya AEP IVR
Agile is a must
Nuance relationship experience is a plus
Experienced PM skills especially schedule management and risk management
