We're looking for a senior project manager who will be working directly with the S360 development, quality, and support teams on the HR Nexus upgrade. What is HR Nexus project?
Dell IT will be retiring the People Soft HCM applications and replacing them with a new HCM application, called Workday. The employee ID and job location code is changing as a result of this strategic program impacting the S360 ecosystem ( consists of several business critical applications in the Services space).
The duties may include but not limited to:
- Full PM responsibilities to drive execution and delivery of the project;
- Develop a detailed project plan that encompasses all activities through deployment and support (the project is on the verge of exiting Planning so we're behind);
- Present a project status in weekly review meetings;The teams are primarily Boston with some oversees representation. Experience implementing large-scale projects is highly preferred.
It's a pure SW dev project, no HW improvements/replacements are planned. We're responding to a corp-wide project where employee ID changes from 6 to 7 digits (conversions, updates, etc)
An example of upcoming changes include location code changes, the retirement of PeopleSoft databases views and change of Legacy EMC employee IDs to a new and longer ID.
