Candidate should have in-depth experience in Cisco Contact Center and Avaya Contact Center Transformation Program. Dell is moving from Cisco to Avaya platform. They are looking for a very strong communicator w/ excellent technical skills in Avaya and Cisco platforms. They should be able to do gap analysis on the current system and future systems. Work closely w/ business and gather requirements. They should have had experience in the functionalities and modules of Avaya and Cisco Contact Centers.

. Support all projects supporting the Contact Center Transformation Program.
. Understand the Avaya Global Contact Center Services infrastructures
. Model the Contact Centers "AS-IS? environment in preparation to identify future requirements
. Work through gap analysis of "AS-IS? and "TO-BE? with the voice engineers and the business. Document the agreements and raise issues and risks to the Project Manager.

What will not work:
Writing Cisco and Avaya in the resume, but have not actually been a part of the migration projects
