Required Education and Experience: 
 

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other related discipline, OR 8 yrs. equivalent work experience; AND
• 12 yrs. experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and knowledge of implementing the Agile methodology;
• 12 yrs. experience analyzing business processes;
• 12 yrs. experience in risk analysis and risk management;
• 12 yrs. Experience in business, functional and technical knowledge of computer systems;
• Ability to lead workshops, build consensus and present best practices/point of view effectively;
• Reporting experience with good cost analysis skills;

Desire and ability to adapt to new languages and coding standards
