Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Skilled at processing orders in a fast-paced environment with in-depth knowledge of   order processing data into SAP ByD, SalesForce or equivalent
  • Ensures proper application of departmental processes and procedures to include system data integrity, pricing accuracy, and account contract compliance. Internal and external customer satisfaction and service is a priority.
  • Responsible for order fulfillment of all service orders [Support and licenses]
  • Manage internal and external customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided
  • Follow up and keep team members informed of all matters affecting customers
  • Monitor the group email account to ensure customer requests are answered and completed within 24hrs
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor and resolve order processing errors
  • Ability to focus on details and follow through with complex situations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years college desired
  • Strong data entry and PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
  • Experience with SAP ByD preferred or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the area of customer and internal communications.
  • Computer literate and proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Minimum 4 years of order processing experience required.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work as a team
  • Consistently able to use above average analytical skills, comprehension and problem solving to successfully handle any situation that might arise with in-coming orders.
