Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Security and Safety, the role of the Security & Safety Analyst is critical to the success of the Corporate Security and Safety department in realizing its goals and objectives.  This individual will play a key role as part of the Corporate Security and Safety team in delivering and collaborating on all aspects of physical security and safety.
Specifically, the Sr. Security and Safety Analyst role will be accountable for:
•   Developing, interpreting and implementing safety programs.
  • Leading emergency response training at various sites. Also include physically leading evacuation drills at various sites
•   Serve as security project manager for assigned physical security projects, including developing project schedule, collaborating with vendors and business partners, and ensuring adherence to project schedule and budget.
  • Perform data analysis on a variety of security and safety metrics associated with departmental dashboards, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Make recommendations on future trends based on analysis.
  • Meet and collaborate with account managers and vendors on monthly basis or as needed
•   Physically Audit sites for compliance with established Audit guidelines based on established risk assessment protocols.  Review and maintain field security and safety guidelines through collaboration with field liaisons and appropriate business partners.
•Provide investigative assistance as assigned, primarily in the area of threat assessments and workplace violence.  This includes use of the threat assessment grid and risk mitigation processes and conduct interviews of subjects, witnesses, and victims as required in collaboration with HR.  Assist with select investigations involving IT Security, Compliance or Privacy if requested.
  • Will require travel up to 20% to other sites to perform job duties and participate in meetings.
•  Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of related physical security/safety administration
•  Bachelor's degree required; emphasis on Security Management, Business, or Criminal Justice preferred;
•  PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification preferred;
Candidate Profile and Requirements
•  Experience in administering corporate security and safety program required.
•  Experience in project management/coordination preferred;
Key Job Competencies
•  Knowledge of electronic access control system required; familiarity with C-CURE 9000 preferred
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills
Internal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface with: Corporate Real Estate, HR, Business Continuity, vendor partners
