Primary Skills : SFDC Certified, Service Cloud, Enterprise level 
Duration : 06+ months with possible extension
Contract : Only W2, No C2C
 
Responsibilities :
  • Handle change requests such as new queue creation and/or routing changes, live chat and omnichannel administration, and reports
  • Assist IT with user account management, maintaining roles, profiles and sharing rules
  • Support and maintain customizations, such as custom objects, workflows, and triggers
  • Work closely with Salesforce Product Manager to manage backlog
  • Help manage and maintain sandboxes 
  • Maintain system integrity, both data and meta-data
  • Work with regional Salesforce System Admins as needed, acting as a resource for help solving issues
 You Must Have : 
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, such as Computer Science, Information/Business Systems
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator credentials
  • Additional Certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer (desirable, but not a must)
  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, preferably Service Cloud related at an Enterprise level
  • Proficiency using excel to create pivot tables and reports
