Description/Responsibilities : Monitor agent health issues
  • Proactively outreach to partners for fixes
  • Answer partner questions
  • Alert monitoring and escalation
  • Review new bots/agents
  • Escalate appeals and rejections
Qualifications/Required Skills :
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Forms & Google Slides
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Must proactively communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work autonomously under tight timelines.
  • Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages.
  • Experience in customer service or account management with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
