Summary :
Being a Recruiter at Company means you're doing more than just filling jobs. This position is a part of team that manages Talent Attraction for Global Brand Headquarters (lovingly called Mission Bay) for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. While the expectation is that a Recruiter fills jobs in their sleep, they will also engage with business partners to identify, develop, and employ strategies that build teams and organizations. A champion of both the business and talent, our Recruiters, in close partnership with the HR Generalist team, own the end to end employee experience which ensures that our candidates and employees have the coolest experience in retail. A Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting and partnering with the business to attract and hire the right talent at the right time. They will find talent that no one else can and are able to do this through the relationships they build and creative and innovative sourcing techniques
 
Responsibilities :
  • Effectively manages partnerships and build relationships with business leaders
  • Identifies, develops, and employs effective recruiting strategies for current and future talent needs
  • Uses creative problem solving to drive results
  • Employs creative sourcing methods to Client talent (and hope is not a strategy)
 
Qualification :
  • A minimum of three years experience in a lifecycle recruiting role, preferred mix of agency/ search firm and in-house experience
  • Curious about the how and why; has the ability to actualize concepts; always looking to improve process and user experience
  • Global recruiting experience & college degree preferred
  • Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): Creative and Product Recruiting in both Marketing, Design and Production preferred
  • Software skills required: basic Word and Excel as well as able to navigate systems.
