Sales Support :
We are looking for a detail oriented person who works well collaborating across different teams and can multitask to support multiple sales representatives and customers throughout the day. The job requirements Include:
  • Supporting sales team with administrative tasks on daily basis
  • Engaging with customers to assist with registration process
  • Manage customer credit accounts (activations, extensions, changes)
  • Working with internal operations teams to resolve customer issues
  • Sending in booking requests for customer POs
Skills and Competencies :
  • Strong Communication (both verbal and written) and administration skills
  •  Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
  •  Knowledge of SalesForce is preferred
  •  Excellent telephone manner
  •  Fluency in English
  •  Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  •  Proactively managing tasks to completion
  •  Self-starter and able to work well as part of a large team
