Job Description:
Provide relocation services to transferees based on the client's relocation policy and an evaluation of the transferee's needs and interests as determined by an interview conducted by the Relocation Consultant. Services and related benefit consultation may include home marketing, property management, home purchase, rental finding, lease cancellation, relocation related travel, temporary housing, and household goods movement. The Relocation Consultant works for the best interest of the transferee and client in policy consultation and assistance with relocation matters.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Review and explain client relocation policies, procedures and benefits to transferees
  • Manage policy components to assure compliance
  • Manage policy exceptions as directed by the client
  • Assess transferee needs and provide services and resources to meet those needs
  • Manage and coordinate services and benefits to possibly include Temporary Living, Home Marketing and Home Sale (could include BVO), Mortgage (consultation and/or resources), Home Purchase, Rental-Departure and Destination, Expense Management, Household Goods Movement, pre hire tours, and any future approved services
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Client Services Manager, appropriate internal and external service providers, and appropriate client contact regarding day-to-day management of assigned transferee activity
  • Monitor progress and assure transferee's satisfaction with services
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years' relocation/real estate related experience
  • Real Estate License (active or inactive)
  • Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and data management experience
  • High School diploma
