Our client is in the process of implementing O365 and rolling out a large HCM project. These new products will bring additional workflow to their service desk and will require some specialized troubleshooting skills.

To help support these efforts, the manager is seeking to add several service desk resources who have:
  • Experience troubleshooting O365 applications
  • Familiar with associated O365 issues and who can effectively communicate what they were and how they resolved them.
  • Strong client-facing and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Our client will be rolling out the following features,(most of them for the first time ever). Ideally service desk resources will have knowledge of some combination of these products.
  • SKYPE for Business/Conferencing
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Visio
  • MS Project
  • MS Teams
  • OneDrive
