Duration: 12 months or longer

Rate 50.00 to 70.00 per hour.

Summary


The Software Analyst will be a part of the entire system development lifecycle to ensure the requirements are accurately designed, constructed, tested and properly deployed into the production environment
The Client has not identified a BI tool yet or CRM, this person will help to determine the outcome.
They must have worked with multiple BI Tools and CRMs

Ability to work independently and deliver predefined outcomes with little supervision
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, presentation, and organization/planning skills
Strong proactive problem solving skills combined with the ability to work with ambiguity and change
Ability to identify project related issues, gathers complete and accurate requirements, identify alternatives and communicate all information in a manner understood by different audiences (IT and Business)
Experience with ERP Mapics is a plus
UML design, workflow, business process modeling experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
Knowledge of Internet technologies and multi-tiered application architecture with prototyping/developing web based concepts a plus
Ability to act as a consultant/mentor to other team members in relation to business analysis techniques, standards, processes, policies, and procedures



Core Responsibilities:

Assists in defining clear and accurate project plans, i.e., scope project, forecasted tasks, timetables, and contents of project iterations. Assist in coordinating the work conducted by various teams throughout the organization according to the overall implementation plan
Complete all architecture, analysis
Support the configuration and rollout of the product.
Provide regular status reporting to management. Provide business/technical consultative support as appropriate, to standing decision-making committees
Provides feedback to team about how processes and procedures can become more efficient



Education, training and experience required

Related training/education/experience in Computer Science and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience


6 years relevant work experience within IT demonstrating competent analysis, design, and testing activities on software development/maintenance projects in medium/large organizations
