Customer Service Rep

SUMMARY:
As a representative for ConsultNet, person will be part of an outbound calling team responsible for aggressively growing our customer base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Create just in time inventory to facilitate placement activity by full life cycle recruiters
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls
  • Manage leads by tracking and following up with them
  • Produce activity reports
  • Work with Account Executives and Recruiters to cross generate leads.
  • Attain weekly metrics (FT)
    • 200 outbound phone calls a week
    • Work to identify business leads (eligible for the monthly bonus)
    • Stay occasional as needed to participate in evening call blitzes
    • 5 SCTR's a week (Submitted Candidate to Recruiter) sending a candidate that you determine is qualified for a specific job to a recruiter for that job.
  • Database data entry
    • Candidate Screens - log as a phone screen
      • Attributes, qualifications, notes
      • Add to all applicable hotlists
      • Distribute leads
  • Maintain integrity of the database
  • Back-Up for Reception/Resume Formatting
  • Perform all functions with a high ethical and professional standard

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of six months outbound calling experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Goal Oriented
  • Professional
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
