Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Analytics is responsible for partnering with senior leaders under the Chief Medical Officer and beyond to Client and present strategic insights using internal and external data and advanced analytical techniques. The role is also responsible for influencing analytical strategy by representing the business interests of our clinical leadership to the core analytical group, and is ultimately accountable to deliver the information business leaders need to operate and innovate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build an lead an reporting and analytics strategy in line with the overall analytics vision and the objectives of supported business leaders
  • Translate goals of business leaders into informative and actionable analysis
  • Be a strategic partner: use data and analysis to advise leaders on topics such as reducing medical costs, assessing outside investments, and partnering with sponsor hospitals
  • Lead the delivery of analytical and reporting projects to achieve the strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in health, math or technology-related field
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting
  • Advanced skills in Excel, basic skills in SAS or other statistical package
  • Ability to convey complex analyses to a business audience
  • Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects, manage expectations and get work done through others
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or MBA
  • Experience with healthcare quality or operational reporting
  • Clinical background (such as RN) a plus
  • Advanced data manipulation and reporting skills a plus (SAS, R, Excel, Qlikview, etc.)
