Job Description
  • Assists in the collection of accurate statistical information for uses in the development and publication of test products and services.
  • May perform a variety of filling, scoring, checking, coding and data entry/verification tasts related to the developmentof test products and services.
  • QC scanned output files to ensure they are complete and legible
  • Accurately enter data from scanned files into Excel and Web Based applications
  • Communicating with examiners, sites, and candidates
  • Assist in receiving tests, forms, and pertinent departmental mail
  • Assist in setting up examiner/site accounts
  • Slit bound edges of test booklets; prep, scan, and file test booklets and forms Log and track tests, forms, and scan files to ensure processing timelines are met
  • Review test protocols by project
  • Ensure testing administration rules have been applied accordingly, Verify appropriate items/sub-test have been administered
  • Provide Examiners/Sites feedback regarding test administration or conduct inquiry of data verification of demographic information
  • Ensure fraud has not occurred
  • Prioritize testing materials by 1st review case by examiners (as needed by project)
  • Loading and unloading of goods and supplies and ensuring proper handling of the same.
  • Some lifting will be required (10-30 lbs).
  • Organize and prepare test kits, and testing materials for shipment to Examiners/Sites.
  • Manage updates on Ipads (adding apps, maintenance, software updates)
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of project materials.
  • Working in accordance with all safety regulations.

  • Working knowledge of iPads and IOS system
  • Preferred: Familiarity with office equipment such as paper cutter/slitter, scanner
  • Some college required; Business/Technical school preferred
  • Experience Preferred: Prior experience in an office environment, warehouse/inventory tracking knowledge
  • Language Skills Required: Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills, Able to Read and Understand Spanish
