Job Description
  • Assists in the collection of accurate statistical information for uses in the development and publication of test products and services.
  • May perform a variety of filling, scoring, checking, coding and data entry/verification tasts related to the developmentof test products and services.
  • Identify existing and potential sites, including but not limited to, searches in the system database, internet searches, and call lists that meet project criteria; communicate knowledgeably about the project in order to elicit participation.
  • Communicate knowledgeably about current and/or forthcoming projects to potential sites in order to elicit their participation in Field Research projects Contact potential sites via phone calls and emails.
  • This position requires a high-volume of outbound phone calls.
  • Complete all follow-through tasks associated with bringing a site on board including, but not limited to, developing letters and emails, overseeing distribution of specific project materials, and handling agreements within 24 hours of contact.
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with sites, in order to communicate the populations and number of students needed for the assigned project(s).
  • Return messages within 1 business day.
  • Maintain contact with participating sites on a consistent basis; maintain a record of communications in the system.
  • Recruit enough sites/students to fill the project needs within the assigned time period.
  • Understand the sampling matrix and recruit sites that fill the requirements needed in the sample.
  • Work with sites to resolve any issues related to the project. Ensure sites are given correct and timely feedback on testing progress.
  • Acquire product knowledge for assigned projects by reviewing all available materials.
  • ¿Ability to accurately enter data and all pertinent information related to the project utilizing various internal tools implemented to facilitate test tracking.
