Job Description
  • The Business Analyst of Customer Insights will report into the Global Manager of Customer Insights, and will be part of the Enterprise Digital & Analytics team.
  • The team is focused on enabling efficient innovation, expediting insights, and empowering customers with breakthrough products and experiences that delight them.
  • We are on a mission to create best-in-class digital experiences that drive sustainable growth by uncovering new opportunities and defining strategy through data-driven insights.
  • This individual will be responsible for monitoring feedback from customer listening posts and crafting actionable insights to enhance the overall digital customer experience.
  • Monitor solicited and unsolicited feedback daily
  • Identify technical issues reported by customers and alert proper stakeholders
  • Quantify and understand top pain points impacting the user experience
  • Assist in creating monthly Voice of Customer reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc data pulls and analysis
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Intermediate or above preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis

  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with OpinionLab and Foresee, or other customer insights tools a plus
  • Experience working with tech partners a plus
