We are searching for a passionate, innovative, driven and experienced Bilingual Technical Product Manager for a direct position with one of our clients in San Antonio, TX. This position is a very exciting opportunity to work with a company who has just recently launched a Spanish speaking version of their existing English product. They are moving full speed ahead into the US Hispanic market and they need a strong technical product manager to help them. In this position you will be accountable for improving business results and the customer experience. You will work across multiple teams to evaluate, propose scope, define, prioritize, and implement technology-related changes, and ensure effective implementation and operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building a brand and business oriented to the US Hispanic consumer market, managing challenging projects across multiple teams, and will be comfortable using large amounts of data to make decisions, and build business cases.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required – reading, writing and speaking, in business and conversational contexts. Comfortable navigating between these two languages with staff and customers
  • Bachelor's degree; an MBA is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of technology-based product management experience
  • 2+ years on-line start-up business development experience within US Hispanic consumer market
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions that lead to results
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and executing a large volume of projects that require a high attention to detail; strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to define, plan and lead change
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication (both, spoken and written), and influencing skills, appropriate to varied business levels, individual and group settings, ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically, and tactically
  • Demonstrated knowledge about US Hispanic consumers, culture and potential for business
  • Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
  • Proven ability to make smart feature choices
  • Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
