Contract: 6 month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $30.00-$35.00 per hour on contract/ 60k-65k upon conversion
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Lead Helpdesk Tech that can work remotely to oversee a cloud-based contact center environment comprised of two direct reports in addition to adding support and general oversight to seven developers.  This role will troubleshoot, document, track and report on proprietary software issues that arise in the contact center environment for both internal and external customers.  All support request are processed by a hosted ticketing systems.  The ideal candidate will manage ticket timelines, monitor networks and servers and be able to respond to alerts.

Required Skills:
  •  3+ years Helpdesk Management Experience
  •  5+ years Software/Helpdesk Support Experience
  •  Contact Center Experience
  •  5+ years Windows/Microsoft Environment Experience
  •  Familiarity with JavaScript,SQL,PCI Compliance
