Contract Rate: $24.00/hr (Negotiable DOE)

Summary:

Our client is looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst to operate in the field for over 120 end clients in the Salt Lake and Utah County areas. The individual will apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system/enerprise needs.  They will be responsible for testing and modification of computer systems and programs as required.  They will also document, testing and modify computer programs as required.  This is a technically advanced position that will require receiving, prioritizing, routing, troubleshooting and escalating IT support requests. Must have experience with externally-facing clients and have experience providing advanced technical support in the field. This role will require travel to clients in the Utah and Salt Lake County area at least 2 days per week. Must have your own vehicle! Mileage will be reimbursed!

Requirements:
  • 5+ years computer service or support-related work experience
  • MUST know how to troubleshooting Windows 7/10, Apple and tablet products
  • Provisioning and Deployment experience
  • Basic Network Support Experience
    • Cat 5, Cat 6
    • Cabling
    • Routers and Switches
    • DHCP
    • Trace Routing, Pinging
    • Cisco
  • Must have a solid understanding of computer hardware and software, desktop operating systems, printers, phone systems and mobile devices
