Job Description:
Our client is looking for a helpdesk/technical support person to filter phone calls, emails and respond with a sense of urgency to technical support issues that are related to end user computers, printers, scanners and internet connectivity issues. Will be responsible for technical support on software application for all end users and be able to facilitate and resolve issues such as antivirus, operating systems and company access accessibility.

Required Skills:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with TCP/IP, networking technologies, Windows 7/10 Operating Systems, and HPprinting technology.
  • Great communication skills
  • Operating systems
  • Diagnose hardware issues
Bonus Skills/Soft Skills:
  • A+ certification is highly preferred.
  • Network + certification is highly preferred.
  • Associates degree or technology-related certification
