Job Summary:
Our client based in Greater Salt Lake City is looking for a seasoned Director of Customer Success to join their growing team which currently consists of 3 locations (SLC, MI, NV). This individual will be experienced in the core competencies of an inbound call center environment, as well as a strategic thinking that will allow them to consolidate and implement consistent practices across all centers.
Will also be over creating strategy for smooth transitions of other sites to shared and common business practices and same reporting tools. Currently their other physical sites use different tools and it is not possible for Sr Leadership to get efficiently comparable reporting of their activities.

Required Experience / Skills:
  • Experience managing
  • 4+ years Inbound and high volume Call Center leadership experience
    • Strategy – both short term and long term vision
    • Developing realistic and competitive KPI's
    • Process Improvement / Best Practices
    • Reviewing and creating ever increasing customer satisfaction experience
  • 10+ years Contact Center operations experience
  • Experience Developing, Managing, and coaching team leaders / employees
  • Bachelors Degree

  • Very collaborative with peers and Executive Leadership
  • Very comfortable doing presentations to large groups, leaders, and board members
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and ability to train up employees
