Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to develop the international business' back office system requirements. The project goal is to define the international requirements based on the current system, interviews of the key stakeholders from International and the US, develop a gap assessment between current system and the new requirements and then to make a recommendation on the quickest approach to support the International business under Salesforce.

  • Responsible for collection of requirements from the Key Stakeholders as well as review and analysis of existing (Salesforce) and International systems.
  • Meet and work with the Key Stakeholders.
    • Set meeting goals and agendas
    • Ensure meetings are well managed and productive
  • Drive development of the Requirements document and subsequent Gap Analysis.
  • Assessment of options for redeployment of the existing back office System vs redeveloping a new Salesforce system for International.
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners (Salesforce, ComputerShare, Equifax, development resources, etc.), working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Review Platform (Salesforce) options and assist with purchasing options analysis.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to project team
  • Work with project management to assist in status reporting of the project

  • Strong team leader with ability to focus key stakeholders
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
  • Skilled working within Agile and Waterfall environment creating user stories
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Grasp of conceptual data modeling
  • Knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Guide team to better understand key technologies for the project and growth of the individual.
  • Have a clear understanding and ability to ask questions on the business requirements / functionality.
  • Deliver project on-time
  • Ability work within an SDLC – Support and refine existing SDLC
  • Work with business users to mitigate concerns and help drive technical direction.
  • Predict issues on project or with business users.
