TITLE:  QA Manager
LOCATION:  Brooklyn, NY

What You'll Be Doing
  •  Lead QA for multiple projects concurrently
  • Review software requirements (product backlog, epics and user stories) and develop test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases
  • Work with the Product / Project team in estimating cost and timelines
  • Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage quality of the deliverables
  • Develop and implement test automation and performance testing strategy
  • Defect management during project execution to help ensure that defects are addressed in priority order
 What You'll Need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA testing of market facing products
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 year of experience with developing test artifacts, writing test plans, designing, developing and maintaining test scenarios and test cases
  • Experience with developing test automation framework and implementing automated solutions to increase testing efficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium Web driver, CI tools, API automation tools, and knowledge of performance testing tools such as Jmeter, LoadRunner or Gatling
  • Good understanding of application development and database technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of client/server and WEB type applications, architecture and computer networks
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to set deadlines
