Job Description
  • As a Digital Marketing Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program manager, you will be managing and planning multiple solution CABs around the globe.
  • The CAB brings together executive-level customers and Adobe's solution leadership teams to align on strategy and product roadmaps.
  • You will work with the leadership team to pinpoint relevant topics and themes that are top of mind for customers to discuss virtually and once a year in-person.
  • All details of the CAB will be overseen by you, which include:
  • Working with the field to get nominations
  • Recruiting the best, industry-leading members
  • Getting legal agreements in place
  • Onboarding CAB members
  • Scheduling and moderating quarterly virtual meetings
  • Driving agenda creation with stakeholders
  • Planning and executing details and logistics of the in-person meetings
  • Maintaining the customer relationship between meetings
  • Retiring customers from the CAB
  • Process improvements
  • Taking notes and compiling into an executive summary
Education/Experience
  • Act as an advocate for the CAB program
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with team and beyond
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to work with executive-level internal partners and customers
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Persuasive with details and facts
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Understanding of the SaaS environment
  • Handle conflict effectively
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Flexibility to travel (internationally) to meetings
  • Bachelor's or Masters in Business, Program Management, Communications or Marketing
