Job Description:
The Information and Communications Services (ICS) Department provides global computing resources and solutions to employees and Church members worldwide. The End User Productivity (EUP) Client-side Platforms team provides solutions tied to the Windows, Mac and mobile client platforms that include; standardized hardware, core OS images, device management, virtualization, security, etc., for Church employees, missionaries, ward and stake clerks, and local priesthood leaders worldwide.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated individual to help operate and maintain the environments and infrastructure upon which these critical solutions are built. The successful candidate is required to have sound knowledge of industry practices, Church policies and good judgment in selecting techniques for implementing/installing, maintaining, and administering infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations of a diverse scope and scale. The Client-side Platforms team creates business solutions for customers across Church departments using enterprise products from Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Citrix, Sophos and Jamf. This role has a significant responsibility in the maintenance and operation of our platforms.
This individual works with divine guidance to operate and maintain technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization implementing, operating and maintaining client devices; operating systems, security systems, device management systems and virtualization systems. Enterprise experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Intune, IBM's BigFix, Sophos, Citrix, mac OS and Jamf Pro are a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 2+ years of equivalent work experience; post graduate degrees and advanced certifications, valuable.
  • General understanding of networking, Active Directory, DNS & Windows Services.
  • Have an attitude of "yes, we can” and a commitment to "own it” with an Innate understanding that performance, reliability, stability and availability equates to achieving results.
  • Able to technically manage multiple solutions, products and critical priorities as well as align to and follow standard processes to assure quality and consistency of work product.
