Job Description
  • BU topline financial analysis & reporting including (but not limited to):
  • Financial Planning (Bookings, ARR, Revenue, Retention)
  • Support financial requirements for weekly dashboards, quarter close activities, and quarterly reporting packages including Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Assist in building and maintaining business and financial models.
  • Drive Continual Process Improvement leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business. Strong systems skills desired and experience with Tableau a plus.
  • Perform analysis on go to market initiatives
  • Ad Hoc Projects and Reporting
Education/Experience
  • Requires a BS in Finance and/or Accounting, and 4-7 years of corporate FP&A experience. MBA a plus.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience in TM1, Tableau, and/or SAP a plus
  • Experience in SAAS business, with the ability to communicate key business drivers and make recommendations.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, with ability to work independently while maintaining the big picture view.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to drive interaction with senior level management.
  • Attentive to details and possess the ability to manage and analyze large volume of data and summarizing into presentable views.
  • 3+ years of FP&A or relevant experience
