  • Taking inbound WCT servicing calls
  • Placing outbound Assist and Follow up Calls
  • Solving complex servicing issues and communicating the outcome to Card Members, CCPs, and other impacted areas if needed
  • Tracking and reporting technical issues
  • Will to learn and ability to overcome obstacles to resolve issues
