Job Description:
The prospective employee will manage a key financial account in NJ/NY. This is a full-time position with salary, benefits and an aggressive commission structure. We are looking for dedicated employees to join us with the following background: 2-5 years of Business Development / Account Management experience in the IT staffing / consulting industry.

Candidates with no experience may also be considered. Extensive network/contacts with C-level executives (hiring managers) Ability to interact with Senior IT management and C level executives Good understanding / knowledge of IT Languages / Tools and Technologies. Proactive, aggressive and go-getter attitude towards the task at hand Foster current customer relationships and build a reputation as a trusted business partner Ability to generate requirements from within the account. Develop and implement strategy for new business within the account. Uncovering additional business opportunities and introducing new capabilities and lines of business. Coordinating with recruiting teams to evaluate and deliver skilled resources to clients. Prospect for new business opportunities. Achieve revenue goals and account profitability.
