Office Support Generalist
  • Visitor Greeting – welcome visitors and ensure visitors log in to visitor log in book; Direct visitors to their destination
  • Phone Calls – answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Mail – Receive and sort mail
  • Miscellaneous – Manage front desk and perform variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Support HR and Finance as needed.
  • Timesheet Management – update and maintain Client timesheets by entering hours into Excel and filing; coordinate with Accounting for end of month reconciliation; follow up with employees and consultants for Client timesheets on a weekly basis; coordinate with HR for payroll hours; coordinate with Account managers as needed for pending client timesheets for employees and consultants
•Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (6 mo-2 years)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
•Professional attitude and appearance
•Solid written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
•Excellent organizational skills
•Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•Customer service attitude
•High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
