 A Leading manufacturer of baked snaked foods, is looking for a full-time, experienced and dependable Project Engineer to work out of our Pennsauken facility.
Job Responsibilities
•     Work with the manufacturing and support engineering and automation teams to implement process improvements to production lines.
•     Participate in design on new manufacturing lines, packaging equipment, site building expansion, utilities, and safety regulatory.
•     Manage suppliers through design, build, installation, and qualification phases of the project.
  • Manage change operations as required.
•     Communicate with various departments, external customers, or directly associated with assigned tasks / projects (Verbal and Written)
•     Produce the end product of requested tasks in the form of components, assemblies, drawings, data
•     Manage entire projects from concept design through production start-up.  Handles administration to include: files, proposals, reports, or presentations.
•     Maintain project within budget guidelines
•     Analyze current and competitive technologies to determine best way to address requirements. Foster creativity and innovation in design solutions.

Job Qualifications
•     BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering with experience or equivalent knowledge and skills to perform the position's responsibilities.
•     Minimum +4 years experience
  • Good project management, leadership, and oral or written communication skills are required.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge
  • Manufacturing support of continuous manufacturing production lines is highly desirable.
  • Troubleshooting, Continuous Process Improvement and Reliability experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD software (Design & Manufacturing disciplines)
  • Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills
