Our client, an organization that develops medical devices and offers services and training solutions to the healthcare industry is looking for a Clinical Applications Analyst to join their team for their West territory.

We are looking for self-starters, someone who is up on the latest technology. This position is remote, somewhere in the West territories of the US. The ideal candidate MUST be based within 1 hour of a major airport.

This person will be home based and travel roughly 40-50% of the time to customer sites. 

The Clinical Applications Analyst will be  supporting the pre-sale activity as a technical consultant.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support and provide on-site integration and documentation of equipment in various Customer Network environments.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems as relating to the RQI Program and products.​​
  • Assist field sales team in having in depth technical conversations in order to influence sales decisions (working WITH the sales people)
  • Deliver the integration, documentation and training required to support equipment in various Customer Network environments.
  • Communicate with Customers, sales staff, or R&D to determine if customer needs can be met.
  • Help develop and implement solutions for network issues.
  • Audit activity to monitor quality of 3rd party service providers.
  • Participate in special projects requiring technical expertise for new versions or product offerings.
  • The ideal candidate MUST understand hospital infrastructures, security of applications, CRM, LMS, hospital system networks.
  • Ideal candidate is who has implemented applications within hospitals.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.
  • Continuing and recent education in enterprise systems, preferably Hospital IT.
  • 4+ years' experience working to provide product support for a high technology product/system.
  • Experience working with hospital and health system customers
  • Solid understanding of data and network security standards and protocols.
