Our client, located in Walden, NY is looking for a Customer Service Process Analyst.  

The Customer Service Processes Analyst must have experience working in manufacturing companies performing data analysis, creating and running reports for the sales teams. This person must be proficient generating pivot tables and have an analytical point of view of processes. 

This person needs excellent presentation and communication skills, being able to present results to the executive management team. 

  • Act as a liaison between customers and companies where you will assist with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries, documenting and resolving customer complaints.  
  • Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts.
  • Provide customer service, inside sales support to customers, both international and domestic. This includes quote preparation, application of product selection, price and availability of products.
  • Assist customer’s inquiries on order status, ship methods, tracking numbers, freight charges, pricing and availability and resolve issues promptly and thoroughly.
  • Run and create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports using Excel with a good understanding of Sales Activities.
  • Able to solve routine and complex problems using information sources provided, or by conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision.
  • Associates' degree, with at least 2 to 4 years' relevant customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have experience creating and pulling reports with a good understanding of the analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and strategic skills.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have data entry skills and knowledge and experience of Word and Excel software (use pivot-tables).
  • Ability to perform multi-faceted projects in rapidly changing environment.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, getting along with peers and management, resourceful and well organized.
  • Able to plan work and commit to meeting deadlines and dedicated to high degree of accuracy.
