Timesheet Instructions for Consultants:Consultant will use Clients system to enter time
The Technical PM position is for someone to manage the work that is required to manage infrastructure related projects and work with 3rd party vendors. This PM will need to have strong communication and presentation skills.

Key project management experience:
Experience in process-based maturity model, such as ITIL or CMMI
Experience managing all phases of the software development lifecycle
Assist with administrative tasks to initiate a project with the Business, Our Client (IT) and Program Management Office
Create and manage project charter, scope and plans
Work with teams to get estimates and develop overall project budget, understand the difference between OpEx and CapEx dollars
Develop work-based project schedules based on deliverables defined in project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Build and maintain accurate staffing plans
Drive team to complete tasks/duties within planned cost and schedule
Manage all project resources, vendors and contracts, whether local and remote
Communicate and drive completion of upcoming tasks and deadlines
Lead project adoption through organizational change management
Prepare for and run sponsor/Project Steering Committee meetings
Prepare objective weekly status reports and monthly scorecards
Manage quality
Monitoring & Controlling
Mitigate risks and issues, with proactive escalation to Project Steering Committee and Our Client Management when required
Manage/control scope change and factors which may impair the business value of a project
Use Earned Value, critical path and other techniques to proactively measure project performance-to-plan
Manage budget and maintain accurate cost and schedule forecasts
Proactively communicate with your leadership team and sponsors
Proactively take corrective action when indicated
Project Closure
Establish and maintain all project documentation in its system of record
Close project administratively
Implement and measure planned business case/value
Facilitate Lessons Learned

Experience with the following business processes:
Loan Servicing a plus
SAP Interfaces
Experience as a project manager in a CMMI 3+ or Big 4 consulting company and/or in the following industries:

Detail of specific duties for this position/Qualifications:

Build out and manage the work stream project plan and critical, including detailed Our Client (Our Client IT) and Non-Our Client tasks, hours, resources and dependencies to determine project schedule determining necessary hardware, software and resources, along with Core Estimation and Application teams for assigned work stream
Vendor/Contract (RFP) Management experience: Managing multiple vendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously
Managing onshore/offshore resources
Waterfall (Our Client) as well as Agile (Vendor) Methodologies
Pragmatic, personable with very clear and efficient communication style
Strong Microsoft Project experience
PMP Certification is highly desired
Strong technology background (requirements, development, application management, maintenance, operations) a plus

Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in managing project scope, developing project schedules, staffing plans, forecasts, budgets, managing risks, ensuring project quality, developing and implementing communication plans, managing third party vendors and system integrators.

Bachelor s degree in Science, Engineering, or other related discipline
Project Management training, such as PMP certification
Scrum master certification or equivalent a plus
